Our Story
Our story begins with a passion for a little cake with multiple textures that transports pastry lovers into a magical world filled with colours. Between the crunchiness of its shells and the creaminess of its filling, the macaron offers a sensory experience full of delicacy. It is this passion that led Alia Adi to create Maison Amarella, a brand of artisanal pastries specialised making high-end macarons. The heart of our philosophy rests on both the quality of Swiss ingredients and harmony with nature.
